Performance Engineer Group Manager

Role Overview: As an Applications Development Group Manager at our company, you will be leading a team to establish and implement new application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. Your primary focus will be on driving applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage multiple teams of professionals to achieve goals - Conduct personnel duties such as performance evaluations and hiring - Provide strategic influence over resources and budget management - Ensure procedures are followed and integrate knowledge of applications development with the technology function - Make evaluative judgments in complex situations - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders - Assess risks in business decisions - Oversee compliance with laws and regulations - Have a good understanding of how Performance Engineering integrates within the technology function Qualifications Required: - At least 10 years of relevant experience in applications development and management - Experience in managing global technology teams - Working knowledge of industry practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, Master's degree preferred - Additional technical certifications such as SRE, Public Cloud, Chaos Engineering, Splunk, AppD, and Mongo DB preferred Note: This is a full-time position in the Technology Job Family Group, specifically in the Applications Development Job Family.,
