Job Description

As a Peoplesoft Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for: Role Overview: You must be well-versed in Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 and have experience with Tools 8.57+. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential. Experience with modules AP/PO/EX and COUPA is an added advantage. EMEA Banking, TAXES(VAT), and WITHOLDING experience is a must. Knowledge of FINANCIAL GATEWAY and HR Integrations is required. Strong presentation skills will be beneficial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Be familiar with the SDLC Process/Phases and different Project Methodologies such as Waterfall & AGILE. - Attend all meetings and stand-ups as required. - Conduct FIT-GAP Analysis and document the results. - Translate FIT-GAP Analysis into BRD/User Stories. - Collaborate with Business teams to define Business Processes. - Configure and document the Peoplesoft system. - Work closely with the Development Team to define Functional Design and participate in Unit Testing. - Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) with the Tech team and Product Owners. - Train and guide Users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with other Project team members. - Log defects and collaborate with the Dev Team throughout the Bug life cycle. - Participate in Simulated Go Live (SGL) and actual Cutovers. - Prioritize Defects during the Hypercare period. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 and Tools 8.57+. - Strong understanding of AP/PO/EX modules and COUPA. - Experience in EMEA Banking, TAXES(VAT), and WITHOLDING. - Knowledge of FINANCIAL GATEWAY and HR Integrations. - Ability to effectively communicate and document information. - Familiarity with different Project Methodologies like Waterfall & AGILE. - Excellent presentation skills.,
