Job Summary:

• We are seeking a PeopleSoft Finance functional expert with hands-on experience in ERP security. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM modules and a working knowledge of PeopleSoft security structures, user roles, and permission lists. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and audit/compliance teams to ensure functional integrity and secure access control across the system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve functional issues in PeopleSoft Financials (AP, AR, GL, AM, PO, etc.).
• Configure and test financial modules based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain appropriate user roles and permissions.
• Review and maintain security setups, role mapping, permission lists, and access control in compliance with SOX/audit requirements.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements from a functional and security perspective.
• Support internal/external audits and implement recommendations related to security.
• Document functional designs, test cases, and security changes.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules (at least 23 modules).
• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security concepts: roles, permission lists, user profiles, row-level security.
• Experience in working with compliance and audit requirements (SOX preferred).
• Ability to write and interpret functional specs and security matrix.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with PeopleTools and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Integration Broker, Workflow, and Query security.
• Prior experience in working with global financial teams.
• Experience with Tools like Oracle GRC, SailPoint, or other IAM solutions.
