Job Role: PeopleSoft Finance Functional with ERP Security/PS Security Work Mode: Hybrid Locations: Chennai/Bengaluru/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Ahmedabad/Coimbatore/Dehradun Job Summary: We are seeking a PeopleSoft Finance functional expert with hands-on experience in ERP security. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM modules and a working knowledge of PeopleSoft security structures, user roles, and permission lists. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and audit/compliance teams to ensure functional integrity and secure access control across the system. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve functional issues in PeopleSoft Financials (AP, AR, GL, AM, PO, etc.). Configure and test financial modules based on business requirements. Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain appropriate user roles and permissions. Review and maintain security setups, role mapping, permission lists, and access control in compliance with SOX/audit requirements. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements from a functional and security perspective. Support internal/external audits and implement recommendations related to security. Document functional designs, test cases, and security changes. Must-Have Skills: 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules (at least 23 modules). Strong understanding of PeopleSoft security concepts: roles, permission lists, user profiles, row-level security. Experience in working with compliance and audit requirements (SOX preferred). Ability to write and interpret functional specs and security matrix. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Nice to Have: Experience with PeopleTools and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of Integration Broker, Workflow, and Query security. Prior experience in working with global financial teams. Experience with Tools like Oracle GRC, SailPoint, or other IAM solutions.

You will be responsible for providing production support for PeopleSoft Finance application, including working on support tickets (incidents and service requests), break fixes, and data corrections. Your duties will also involve night batch monitoring, file interface monitoring, and creating and maintaining SOPs for production support activities. Additionally, you will be expected to generate production support reports and assist with periodic updates and maintenance tasks such as CPU patches, Tools Patches, and Image Updates. You will collaborate with the onsite development team for customization and new developments, as well as support the onsite BSA for functional documentation and analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, be a self-motivated quick learner, and have expertise in PeopleSoft Technical Skills. You must have experience working on PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56 and above, with proficiency in PeopleSoft fluid development, Application Engines, App Packages, Component Interface, BI Publisher, Integration Broker, and Oracle SQLs. Functional knowledge in General Ledger, Asset Management, Billing, and PeopleSoft Security is also required. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in developing/supporting file-based interfaces, working on 9.2 Image updates, and developing/supporting PeopleSoft custom applications.,

Role: PeopleSoft Security Administrator (PeopleSoft General Administrator Profiles Not Required) Hybrid Chennai/Bengaluru/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Ahmedabad/Coimbatore/Dehradun Job Details: About the profile for the PSoft Security, below the desired profile. Minimum Security experience should be 4 years and opened to learned other Applications like Concur. 1. Serve as the mid-level security administrator for enterprise-wide PeopleSoft HCM and Financials applications 2. Design, develop, integrate, test, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft security structure 3. Assesses all system changes for functional security impact. Supports unit and integration testing of new roles and impact on roles as a result of changing functions 4. Oversees and maintains the master definition of all functional security roles and permissions across key applications (PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Concur, and others as added by the agency) 5. Works with business units, development, project, and application support teams to define and implement functional security access requirements and determine appropriate security restrictions in the systems to meet those requirements. 6. Assess current Security configuration and recommend process improvements to role and row-level security. 7. Provide guidance and training on PeopleSoft security to end-users 8. Provides troubleshooting and problem resolution for functional security and resolve security issues, exceptions and escalations when identified 9. Technical Skills Required: Basic understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and tools. Hands-on with PeopleCode , Application Engine , Component Interface , SQR , and App Designer . Familiarity with Integration Broker , PeopleSoft Security , and BI Publisher . SQL/PLSQL and relational database concepts. Good to Have: Exposure to PeopleSoft HCM or FSCM modules. Understanding of Upgrade/Migration tools (Data Mover, Change Assistant). Experience with Oracle Cloud is a plus.
