Job Title: PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer
Location: Remote (Work from Home) PAN India Shift Timing: UK ShiftExperience Required: 5–8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft CRM Developer to join our remote team. This hands-on role involves designing, customizing, and supporting PeopleSoft CRM applications in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to adapt to customized systems.Key Responsibilities:Customize and implement PeopleSoft CRM modules (Tools 8+).Design and develop scalable, reusable, and performance-optimized code.Work with SQL, Oracle DB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Develop and integrate SOAP/REST APIs and BI Publisher reports.Collaborate in Agile sprints and participate in design/code review sessions.Provide ongoing product support, debugging, and maintenance.Required Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft CRM development.Strong PeopleCode, SQL, and Oracle DB experience.Hands-on experience with Application Engine, CI, File Layouts, PS Query, and Integration Broker.Knowledge of SOAP/REST-based APIs and telemetry tools (e.g., Splunk – preferred).Good understanding of Agile methodology.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
