The Firm is seeking a AM in Human Resources to execute the Firms Employee Relations Practice. This role contributes significantly in the end-to-end management of employee grievances and handling concerns related to misconduct. The role encompasses the individual being a subject matter expert in providing constructive and consistent query resolution to the HR Business Partners for managing situations in their respective service lines. The role will require the colleague to effectively engage with internal stakeholders (colleagues in HR, Business, Legal, Risk, etc.) and pro-actively take measures to enable quick and effective query resolutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

On Case Management:

• responsible to address concerns and provide grievance resolution to internal stakeholders
• advise HR Business Partners on complex employee related situations
• assisting and conducting investigations into grievances and concerns raised by employees
• providing end-to-end case management of complex employee relations issues- these include aspects of performance management, leave related concerns, investigations, disciplinary, grievance, work redundancy, intermittent availability etc.,

On Policy/Legal Matters

• define, design and develop policy framework to ensure awareness
• enforce compliance to policy requirements of handling grievances and misconduct
• design interventions to create awareness around legal matters surrounding employee matters/concerns/grievances

On Reporting

• drive process communication, status reporting, MIS of case management, audit resolution (if any), action plan management/process updates.
• design new programs/initiatives to bring awareness

The Individual

• Experience in with People relations background .
• knowledge of Labour Laws and implication on employees
• good communication skills and ability to address challenges
• solution & detail oriented
• risk, policy and process compliant
• consistency in timelines to deliver results based on tasks/priority
• quick & eager learner
