Deliver high-quality recruitment aligned with business needs and timelines Own the full hiring process from briefing to final selection Create a positive, inclusive candidate and hiring manager experience Lead strategic searches to ensure timely, high-impact hires Provide data-driven insights on hiring strategies and market trends Strengthen our employer brand and talent positioning

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist in a large global company Should excel by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Deep expertise in recruitment - you consider yourself a specialist Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures in a matrix environment Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
Advanced degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
