People Operations Specialist APAC

As a People Operations Specialist at Envu in Mumbai, India, your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the smooth functioning of the People, Culture, & Comms department in the APAC region. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Benefits Administration:** Coordinate with Head of People Operations & Total Rewards and Benefits GPO for the APAC region. Assist employees with benefits-related queries and issues, including employee handbooks and social security contribution matters. - **Regional People Business Partner Support:** Provide operational support to the Regional People Business Partner APAC. Plan and organize APAC employee engagement events and learning months. - **Recruitment and Onboarding Support:** Assist in introducing new employees to the company's culture, policies, and procedures. Support with offer letter preparation, candidate screening, and addressing new hire queries during the orientation process. - **Compliance & Labor Reporting:** Prepare and submit required reports to authorities. Assist with Visa processing for foreign employees in APAC countries. Support labor compliance audit and severance toolkit for the APAC region. - **Other Tasks:** Handle any additional People, Culture & Communication tasks as required. **Qualifications Required:** - Master's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role in India, preferably for the entire APAC region. - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, particularly for the APAC region. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Fluency in English (written and spoken).
