A People Operations Generalist is a mid-level HR professional who supports and manages various aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR operations.

• Coordinating recruiting activities such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
• Supporting onboarding processes including new hire paperwork, orientation, and integration.

• Managing and maintaining employee data and records in HR information systems (HRIS).
• Administering payroll processes and employee benefits.
