Role & responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Drive initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion to create an equitable workplace.
  • Develop and implement succession plans to ensure a robust pipeline of talent.
  • Devise and implement strategies to enhance overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the Employee Retention Rate.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Elevate the onboarding process by monitoring and enhancing the feedback score on the 30-60-90 Survey.
  • Oversee the effective administration of Performance and Recognition initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Streamline administrative processes to optimize the execution of people, performance and recognition program.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Master of Social Work (MSW)
  • Experience as a Human Resource Officer managing all aspects of Human Resources department
