As an HR professional at our company located in Indiranagar, Bangalore, your primary role will involve owning recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement. You will be responsible for crafting compelling job descriptions and fostering a thriving workplace, making you the heartbeat of our people strategy. - Lead the entire recruitment process, starting from writing job descriptions to closing job offers. - Efficiently manage data by maintaining accurate employee records. - Conduct performance evaluations by tracking and scheduling employee performance and review cycles. - Drive engaging activities to boost employee morale. - Handle conflicts by being a transparent source to hear and address employee issues and help in resolving them. - Create and update company policies. - Effective communication is key - If you can communicate your feelings effectively, we want to hear from you. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with working on HRIS portals is a plus. - Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with employee data.
