What You’ll Be Doing
  • Talent Acquisition

    → End-to-end hiring for full-time, interns, and freelancers.
  • Onboarding & Culture

    → Creating memorable onboarding and maintaining a strong creative culture.
  • Training & Development

    → Organizing skill-based workshops, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Creative Ops

    → Helping design idea decks, campaign presentations, and supporting producers on projects.
  • Freelancer Pool Management

    → Building and maintaining a reliable network of external creative talent.
  • Conflict & People Management

    → Maintaining harmony and energy within the team.
Who You Are
  • 3–5 years of experience in

    HR / People & Culture roles

    , preferably in creative agencies or production houses.
  • A natural

    people person

    — approachable, empathetic, and solution-driven.
  • Comfortable switching between

    HR structure and creative chaos

    .
  • Strong organizational skills with a flair for

    design and communication

    .
  • Updated with

    industry trends, campaigns, and creative culture

    .
  • Someone who thrives on energy, can generate ideas quickly, and keeps the team inspired.
