We’re a creative studio that produces ad films, documentaries, branded content, and everything in between. Ideas move fast here. Shoots happen across cities and sometimes across India. And deadlines don’t wait.

We need someone who can run the backend like a well-oiled machine—without slowing down the journey of the creative front.

This role isn’t for someone who just wants to “manage tasks.” It’s for someone who thinks like a producer, acts like a systems builder, and communicates like a leader.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Owning end-to-end production ops — shoot planning, timelines, crew allocation, deliverables, client coordination
• Managing internal workflows, processes, and systems that keep things moving without chaos
• Handling hiring logistics and onboarding — from freelancers to full-time hires
• Building a reliable network of crew, vendors, and collaborators across cities
• Helping resolve team conflicts, workload issues, and last-minute fire drills
• Working closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build team bandwidth
• Maintaining clarity on who’s doing what — and making sure no one drops the ball

You should apply if:

• You’ve got 2+ years experience in production or agency operations, and you’ve dealt with creatives, clients, and chaos
• You’ve handled hiring, onboarding, or team planning in fast-moving creative setups
• You know how films, ads, and campaigns get made — from pitch decks to final exports
• You’re not scared of spreadsheets, project tools, or tough conversations
• You believe in structure, but never let it get in the way of great work
