Pensions Risk & Compliance Manager

Joining EY means contributing to building a better working world. The position available is for a Pensions Risk & Compliance Manager in the UK & EIRE, at Level 3: Assistant Director. This role involves managing the overall pensions strategy, governance, and policies of EY's current and legacy pension arrangements across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a high impact, delivery-focused approach with strong DB experience. Your key responsibilities will include supporting the Secretary to Trustee in the governance and operations of the legacy Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme, acting as Risk Officer to the Trustee, managing regulatory and legislative compliance, overseeing EY's UK and ROI pension arrangements, and managing EY's Group Risk benefits for staff. To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in managing pension change projects, excellent analytical and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You should also possess good technical knowledge, an understanding of current legislation and regulations, and excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
