Contract Duration: 4 months (conversion to Capgemini payroll based on performance)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Pega Production Support Engineer to join our team on a C2H (Contract to Hire) basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting Pega applications, resolving production issues, and ensuring high system availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Pega applications.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and operations.
• Manage change requests, releases, and configuration updates in production.
• Document issues, fixes, and best practices for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in Pega application support and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Pega PRPC, Pega Architecture, and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience in Pega troubleshooting, logs analysis, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SQL, application servers, and integration points.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities for working with cross-functional teams.

Contract Type: C2H – 4 months. Based on performance, candidates will be converted to Capgemini’s permanent payroll after the contract period.

Work Mode: Hybrid/On-site – Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA (depending on experience and interview performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
