Certifications: CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CMBB (Certified Methodology Black Belt), or CBA (Certified Business Architect) certifications are highly desirable. Professional Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to lead and manage technical projects independently.
