Job Description

You are a seasoned Pega CDH Developer with over 8 years of experience, including at least 1 year in Pega Decisioning & Marketing modules. You have a proven track record of building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications. Your expertise in Pega Decisioning and Marketing skills, along with your ability to make model changes, is essential for this role. Your responsibilities include implementing Pega Marketing and demonstrating a strong understanding of Pega methodologies. You possess excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills, as well as system integration skills. Your experience with various rules and features such as Flows, Activities, User Interface, Agents, SLA, Security, Reports, and more will be crucial for success in this position. Collaboration is key in your role, as you will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, data governance, and technical leads to ensure the right solutions are developed to meet business needs. Your understanding of Predictive and Adaptive Analytics, as well as Artificial Intelligence capabilities in Pega, will be highly valuable. You have hands-on experience in implementing Pega integration services using REST, SOAP, and other technologies. Your knowledge of industry-standard project delivery frameworks like Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum will guide your approach to work. Your expertise in Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) and Pega Certified Marketing Consultant (PCMC) will be a significant advantage. You are well-versed in PRPC design and implementation features and have a strong desire to work in a global offshore/onshore model. Overall, your advanced knowledge and experience in Pega architecture, design, and implementation make you the ideal candidate for this role.,
