Role Overview:

Pega Decisioning Consultant / Pega Senior System Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Pega-based projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Design, develop, and implement decisioning capabilities using

  Pega CDH

  (Customer Decision Hub).
• Work with business teams to define engagement policies, action rules, and decisioning strategies.
• Build and optimize

  adaptive and predictive models

  , strategy components, containers, and data flows.
• Design and implement robust Pega

  case management solutions

  , including rule types such as:
• Activities, Data Transforms, When rules, Decision Tables & Trees
• Sections, Layouts, Dynamic System Settings
• Job Schedulers, Queue Processors, Email Listeners & Channels
• Pega Chatbot configurations and application rule settings
• Develop and support integrations using

  services and connectors

  , ensuring scalability and performance.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of

  framework applications

  , including Pega Customer Service (8.2, 8.3, 8.4).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Pega CSSA / Pega Decisioning Consultant certification

  strongly preferred.
• Minimum

  8 years of IT experience

  with

  6.5+ years in Pega

  .
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Pega CDH

  : decisioning, action rules, adaptive models, predictive models, streaming nodes, and data flows.
• Solid experience in

  Pega case management

  and multiple rule types.
• Exposure to both

  framework applications

  and

  implementation projects

  .
• Experience in

  Java, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, Angular, MongoDB

  (for integration and customization needs).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience working as a

  Technical Lead

  in a client-facing role.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in

  Agile delivery models

  .
• Exposure to cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines for Pega applications.
• Knowledge of Pega Customer Service framework versions (8.2, 8.3, 8.4).
