• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Pega technology.
• Should have Experience in Financial Services Industry.
• Build backlog of user stories and assist in grooming of user stories for developmen.
• Pega Business Analyst Certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Understanding of business process management and workflow methodologies.
