"Requirement Gathering : Work closely with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Pega-based solutions. Business Process Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Functional Specifications : Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for development teams. Solution Design : Collaborate with architects and developers to design Pega solutions that align with business objectives and requirements. Prototyping and Validation : Develop prototypes and conduct validation sessions with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs and expectations. Change Management : Facilitate change management processes by communicating requirements, impacts, and benefits to stakeholders and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes or systems. Quality Assurance : Participate in testing activities, including test case creation, execution, and defect management, to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega solutions. Documentation and Training : Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides to support the adoption and use of Pega solutions by end-users. "
