Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and assessments of pediatric patients. Diagnose and treat various childhood illnesses and conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor the growth and development of infants, children, and adolescents. Administer vaccinations and preventive health measures in accordance with guidelines. Provide guidance and health education to parents regarding child health and nutrition. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate patient care. Participate in medical research and clinical trials as needed. Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records. Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary. Support and counsel families dealing with pediatric health issues. Stay updated on advancements in pediatric medicine and best practices. Provide consultative services for complex health conditions. Engage in community health outreach and educational programs. Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines in medical practice. Qualifications MD, DNB, DCH in Pediatrics from a recognized institution. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric healthcare. Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine and best practices. Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills for childhood illnesses. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care. Proficient in handling medical software and record-keeping systems. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Experience in emergency pediatric care is preferred. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle crises effectively. Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of community health resources and programs.
