Job Summary

Join our team as a PE-Ins Claims specialist where you will utilize your expertise in MS Excel and Indexing to support our claims processing operations. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service. Work from our office during night shifts and be a part of a dynamic environment that values precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Process insurance claims efficiently using MS Excel to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to streamline indexing processes and improve overall workflow.
Analyze claim data to identify trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Communicate effectively in English both in writing and verbally to ensure clear and concise information exchange.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address any discrepancies or issues that arise during claims processing.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements.
Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and company procedures.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrate experience in indexing within the insurance domain.
