Job Summary

Join our team as a PE-Ins Claims specialist Data resource where you will play a crucial role in managing insurance claims processes. With a focus on customer service and IT domain expertise you will ensure efficient claims handling and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction. This hybrid role offers rotational shifts providing flexibility and exposure to diverse work environments.

Responsibilities

Manage and process insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the claims handling process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize IT domain knowledge to streamline claims processing and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during claims handling.
Assist in the development and implementation of claims management strategies to enhance service delivery.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on claims status and outcomes.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes through feedback and suggestions.
Support team members in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims activities for audit and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

Possess foundational knowledge in IT domain to support claims processing tasks.

Familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus enhancing domain expertise.
