Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Professional where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. With rotational shifts and a work-from-office model you will engage with customers to address their inquiries and provide solutions. This role requires excellent English language skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their inquiries and concerns.
  • Address customer issues with empathy and professionalism ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer problems efficiently.
  • Utilize company resources and tools to assist customers effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to meet the needs of our diverse customer base.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements.
  • Support a positive work environment by collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Have basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer service software.
  • Show willingness to work in rotational shifts as required.
  • Display adaptability and a proactive approach to learning.
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) is preferred.
