About the Role

PDI Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  L2/L3 support

  for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.
• Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.
• Support store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.
• Coordinate with internal business teams, vendor support, and end users.
• Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations.
• Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles.
• Ensure timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting

  PDI applications

  (Back Office, Logistics, Fuel Management, or Store Systems).
• Strong understanding of retail fuel/ convenience store workflows.
• Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a production support environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  GK/NCR POS systems

  or similar retail POS platforms.
• Exposure to ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management).
• Background supporting US clients or working in overlapping time zones.

• Reliable and accountable in a critical support environment.
• Fast learner with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tasks.
