PCB Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality PCB layouts from schematic diagrams, ensuring electrical and mechanical integrity, and collaborating with hardware engineers throughout the design and production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., ZUKEN,CADSTER, OrCAD, etc.).
• Translate schematics into accurate and manufacturable PCB designs.
• Optimize layout for signal integrity, thermal performance, EMC, and manufacturability.
• Create and maintain design documentation including BOMs, assembly drawings, and fabrication files (Gerber, ODB++).
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Support prototyping, testing, and debugging of PCBs.
• Participate in design reviews and make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure designs comply with IPC standards, internal guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in PCB layout and design.
• Proficiency with PCB design tools (e.g., ZUKEN,CADSTER, OrCAD, etc.).
• Understanding of high-speed digital and/or analog circuit layout practices.
