We are looking for a PCB Designe and Hardware Engineer with 2 to 4 Years years of hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB layout, and electronic circuit board development. The candidate should be detail-oriented, creative in solving design challenges, and capable of working closely with hardware engineers to deliver efficient and reliable PCB designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize PCB layouts for single-layer, multi-layer, and high-speed boards.
Interpret schematics and translate them into accurate PCB designs.
Work with CAD tools (Easy EDA, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.).
Ensure compliance with industry standards (IPC) and DFM/DFT guidelines.
Collaborate with hardware engineers for component placement, routing, and mechanical constraints.
Generate fabrication and assembly files (Gerber, BOM, Pick & Place, etc.).
Conduct design reviews, resolve PCB-related issues, and implement revisions.
Support prototyping, testing, and debugging phases of product development.
Stay updated with new PCB design techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
2-4yrs years of proven PCB design experience.
Proficiency with PCB design software (Easy EDA, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.).
Knowledge of high-speed design, signal integrity, and thermal management.
Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience in designing PCBs for IoT, automation, or embedded systems.
Familiarity with EMI/EMC compliance and safety standards.
Knowledge of microcontrollers, power electronics, and sensor integration.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
