Role Description : Experience in IT Service industry including SCCM Application Packaging Flexra AdminStudio Install Shield 2019 OSD WDS and Other image creation/deployment role. Experience on Package creation process using tools/apps/scripts and Sound knowledge in Install shield 2018 & 2019. Good Understand the packaging requirements of customer and propose a suitable packaging solution and deployment models like SCCM. Very good knowledge of SCCM Applications packages TS and building image using TS (PXE) Customization of Microsoft Office applications and deploy through SCCM. Ability to learn existing and new applications and become familiar with them in a short amount of time to be able to stand on your own Should understand SCCM client log files. Good experience on trouble shooting and its tools like Install Rite debugging tools and Picture taker etc. Should have good knowledge on different hardware models (Lenovo HP and Dell). Hands on experience with PC hardware/software configuration and setup. Good Experience in troubleshooting routine problems that may occur during test plans executions Working knowledge on Windows 10 client platforms Client OS configuration Good experience to create vbs script power shell and batch scripts for customization/automation Good to have Domain DNS DHCP IIS - configuration and troubleshooting knowledge (not mandatory) Good knowledge on Active Directory Group Policy settings creation concepts and troubleshooting based on Windows 10 clients. Install configure maintain and troubleshoot end user devices:Laptops Desktops Install organize test maintain check and troubleshoot end user workstations and interrelated hardware and software Test systems/PCs Installation:Assembly Setup Installation and infrastructure around it.
