Job Description

As an Operations Delivery Leader in the P&C Insurance domain Auto & Others, your role will involve overseeing and managing delivery operations for various clients within the Property and Casualty Insurance Domain. You will lead a team of 200+ FTES, with a focus on further growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective operational strategies, overseeing end-to-end delivery of solutions, and acting as a subject matter expert for the bid team to secure large and strategic deals. You will also ensure compliance with relevant policies, jurisdictions, and new amendments, work on RFP/RFI submissions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational transformation initiatives. Additionally, you will stay updated with industry trends and best practices in operations management, engage in strategic customer interactions, manage the P&L of the portfolio, monitor people utilization, and leverage technology for efficiency and transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage delivery operations for clients in the P&C Insurance Domain - Lead a team of 200+ FTES with a focus on growth - Develop and implement effective operational strategies - Act as a subject matter expert for the bid team to secure large and strategic deals - Ensure compliance with policies, jurisdictions, and new amendments - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational transformation - Engage in strategic customer interactions - Manage the P&L of the portfolio - Monitor people utilization and leverage technology for efficiency Qualifications Required: - 20+ years of experience in the P&C Insurance industry, with 10-12 years in operations management - Strong understanding of the P&C Insurance industry, Auto & Others - Experience in US and global markets - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Certification in operations management or related fields is a plus - Strong people management and development skills - Result-oriented with experience in cost/utilization/account of a similar size - Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and project management - Demonstrated transformation and change management experience - Alignment with leadership and organizational growth initiatives Please note that the educational requirement for this role is a Graduation in any field, with an MBA preferred.,
