Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handling large payrolls with a very good control on numbers.
Working on in house payroll system.
Working with outsourcing firms for payroll processing for large clients
Passing monthly Salary JV, Preparing month end schedules for salary, month end closing activities related to salary etc.
Income Tax provisions, Gratuity Provisions, PF Provision, and other statutory compliances related to Salary.
Payroll analysis.
Employee Full and Final Settlement process. Liaising with different functional partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Very good Excel Skills and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
Experience of Indian Accounting
Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
Qualification - BCOM/MCOM/MBA Finance
Female or Male candidate in the age group of 24 to 35 years with experience of up to 5 years.
Good Communication Skills.
Preferably with experience of handling large payrolls with a very good control on numbers.
Preferably having hands on Working experience of working on in house payroll system.
Experience of working with outsourcing firms for payroll processing for large clients.
Preferably with Finance understanding and having Financial acumen.
