Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist located in Gurgaon. The HR Operations Specialist will handle day-to-day HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and oversee HR management. The role involves administrative HR tasks, coordinating employee benefits, maintaining employee records, and ensuring legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Strong skills in Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the industrial or corporate sector is a plus
