Job Summary:

HR Payroll professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end payroll processing

  for site employees and office staff
• Collect and verify

  attendance, OT, LOP, shift details, CL/SL/EL

  from sites
• Ensure

  timely disbursement of salaries every month

• Process

  new joining data, salary revisions and full & final settlements

• Manage

  employee records, HRMS and statutory registers

• Ensure

  PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS

  deductions and statutory filings on time
• Coordinate daily with

  site HR/Admin/Store supervisors

  for manpower updates
• Maintain

  contract labour payroll and registers (if applicable)

• Support

  statutory & HR audits

• Prepare

  monthly payroll reports & MIS for management

• Address payroll queries of employees and ensure timely resolution.
  

Skills Required:

• Minimum

  10+ years of experience in HR Payroll

• Must have experience working with site workforce/contract labour

• Strong knowledge of

  Statutory compliances PF, ESI, PT, etc.

• Expertise in

  Excel, HRMS & Payroll software

• Ability to handle

  large workforce data and deadlines

• Good communication skills (English & Telugu must)
  
• High accuracy, confidentiality and discipline.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in

  Construction / Mining / Manufacturing / Projects industry

• Ready to coordinate with sites on a daily basis.
