As a Client Success Manager at Darwinbox, your role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, expertly managing expectations and providing comprehensive updates on project progress. You will be responsible for executing and adjusting strategic plans independently to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Proactively initiating and implementing innovative process improvements is crucial to drive operational excellence. Clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization through verbal, written, and non-verbal methods is key. Additionally, providing leadership in configuring and testing integrations between Darwinbox and other third-party solutions to ensure seamless system interoperability is a vital part of your responsibilities. You will also recommend best people practices aligned with client business needs and assist the product implementation team during the implementation process in coordination with the client teams to ensure a successful go-live, even at the customer site if required. Resolving problems by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and providing the best solution is an integral part of your role.
