Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, etc. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and seamless data flow. Your role will also involve managing trust-related activities, including Superannuation, Gratuity, and PF Trust investments and accounting. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, etc.). - Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and seamless data flow. - Manage trust-related activities, including Superannuation, Gratuity, and PF Trust investments and accounting. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Finance, HR, or related field (MBA/CA preferred). - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. - High integrity with proven ability to handle confidential information. - Skilled in project management, vendor negotiation, and governance. Preferred Attributes: - Experience in a mid-to-large-sized IT organization with global operations. - Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.,
