Payroll Head

• Manage and supervise: Oversee and direct the payroll staff and ensure all payroll procedures are running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance: Make sure the company follows all relevant laws and tax obligations, such as provident fund (PF), employee state insurance (ESI), and income tax (IT).
• Process payroll: Handle the complete payroll cycle, including calculating wages, deductions, and benefits for all employees.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate and detailed records of all payroll transactions, including earnings, taxes, and deductions.
• Manage benefits: Administer employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
• Tax and reporting: Handle tax filings and other mandatory government reporting.
• Employee support: Serve as a point of contact for employees with questions about their pay, benefits, or taxes.
