Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive with at least 1 year of experience in payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially with formulas, functions, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees
  
• Validate attendance, leaves, and other inputs for payroll processing
  
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax
  
• Prepare salary slips and related payroll reports
  
• Address employee payroll queries in a timely manner
  
• Assist with audits and provide necessary payroll documentation
  
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for smooth payroll operations
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, PivotTables, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll
  
• Familiarity with HRMS or payroll software systems
  
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  
• Good communication and organizational skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of end-to-end payroll cycle
