We are seeking an experienced Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliances, taxation, and aspects of HR Operations for a specified employee headcount. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, effective management of payroll-related queries, and collaboration on HR Operations tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing for a specified employee headcount, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, such as PF, ESI, and PT.
- Manage statutory filings, returns, and documentation.
- Handle income tax-related compliances, including TDS returns and Form 16.
- Ensure compliance with GST and other applicable tax laws.
- Manage payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate on HR Operations tasks as needed, including employee data management, leave management coordination, and other HR-related activities to support smooth operations.
- Generate payroll reports and analytics to support business decisions.
