Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Executive
Location: Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3+ years preferred

Job Description :

Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll operations including salary processing, reimbursements, statutory deductions, and final settlements.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax.
Documentation & Audits: Maintain payroll records and coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
Employee Queries: Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, taxation, and other payroll-related matters efficiently.
Software & Reporting: Work with payroll and accounting software (such as Tally or other ERP systems), and prepare periodic payroll reports for management.
