Payroll Executive

As a candidate for the role, your primary responsibilities will include working on flexi claims and reimbursements on a monthly basis, handling performance bonuses and quarterly incentives, ensuring timely preparation and release of full and final settlements, addressing employee queries promptly, managing quarterly and annual returns, and ensuring timely filing of returns. Additionally, you will be involved in year-end activities such as investment and flexi declarations, proof collections, Form 16 generation, etc. You will also collaborate with various vendors for meal and gift vouchers, actively participate in internal audits to ensure zero non-compliances, and maintain a good understanding of various statutory and labor compliances. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must for this role, and experience with accounting software like Tally or SAP would be beneficial. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with a background in commerce or science at the graduate or postgraduate level.
