Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations with precision and efficiency. This role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processing in India, along with a commitment to confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage monthly payroll cycles for all employees
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.)
• Maintain accurate employee data including attendance, leaves, and salary revisions
• Resolve payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to validate inputs
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and payroll compliance standards

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Zoho Payroll)
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
