Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Noida Experience Required: 47 Years Work Mode: Initially full-time from office (first 2 months); Hybrid model post that (2-3 days/week from office) Industry Type: Consulting / HR Services Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Job Summary The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll for multiple clients. This includes onboarding transitions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, managing high-volume payroll data, and working closely with HR and finance teams to maintain accuracy and consistency. Key Responsibilities Independently manage full-cycle payroll operations for multiple clients. Handle payroll-related client queries with clarity and professionalism. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and disbursement. Conduct regular audits and support monthly reconciliations. Work on transition and onboarding payroll processes for new clients. Maintain payroll records and documentation aligned with statutory compliance. Align payroll cycle tasks with potential weekend work as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of HR and payroll operations. Desired Skills & Competencies Strong command of payroll platforms and MS Excel. Working knowledge of Indian tax laws, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.). Experience in handling payroll for multiple clients simultaneously. Ability to work under deadlines, manage large data volumes, and maintain accuracy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ethical, dependable, and client-service oriented. Educational Qualifications Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field. MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred. Additional Information Role may involve weekend work occasionally to align with payroll cycles. Strong onboarding support and training will be provided in the first two months.
