Payroll Analyst

Godspeed is hiring for Payroll Analyst position!

Job Responsibility

· Manage payroll (Canadian)

· Perform administrative support functions

· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable

· Preparing invoices

· Use computer software to manage reports and track financial data

· Manage company budgets

· Create and manage a systematic filing system

· Prepare documents for the company Accountant or for Internal Auditors

· Compile data for taxes

· Verify or reconcile bank transactions on the deposits and payments side.

Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field of study

· 1-3 years of experience is preferred

· Strong verbal and oral communication skills

· Active listening skills to provide the best course of action

· Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Aptitude with computer software programs utilized by the company

· Excellent administrative skills

· Knowledge of MS Excel

· Able to speak and understand English, Hindi and Punjabi

· Ready to work as per Canadian (Toronto) time zone, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
