Job Description

As a Statutory Compliance & Reporting Specialist at Zendesk, your role will involve ensuring compliance with tax, social security, and labor laws in all supported countries. This includes preparing and submitting statutory filings such as income tax returns, social insurance contributions, and annual reports in collaboration with local providers. Your responsibilities will also include identifying opportunities for process automation, standardization, and efficiency. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure processes are aligned and comply with policies. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive data is crucial for this position.
