Payroll Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll, including salary computation and deductions
• Maintain payroll records and ensure timely salary disbursement
• Assist in GST compliance – data preparation, reconciliation, and basic filings
• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and support in return filings
• Perform bank reconciliations and track outstanding payments
• Prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for statutory matters

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Payments, or Payroll
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally or similar preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
