Payroll Accountant

The Associate - Finance position at ISS STOXX presents an exciting opportunity for an individual with a Bachelor of Commerce/Accountancy or an M.COM/MBA-HR background. As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for handling compensations, statutory benefits, taxes, and financial audits. Prior experience in a major audit firm or multinational organization is advantageous for this role. To excel in this position, you must possess effective interpersonal and communication skills. Being well-organized, detailed-oriented, and having a creative problem-solving approach are essential qualities. You should be able to follow instructions and procedures diligently, prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate initiative in your work. A high level of motivation, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the capacity to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines are key attributes for success. Proficiency in IT applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Accounting Systems is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of German is preferred.
