Key Responsibilities
Manage payment experience including monitoring payment processing systems andresolving payment issues and exceptions in order to provide an exceptional customerexperienceManage payment experienceLeverage technology as well as internal and external product solutions to achieve the scalethrough automation and defect eliminationMonitor 24x7 payment success rates across banks, payment gateways, and partners andcontinually improve the same through operational initiativesManage partner evaluation, onboarding, commercial negotiations, service levelsManage cross-functional stakeholders across customer support, tech, product,business,risk, compliance, legal and external stakeholders across banks, processors, and networksWork with leadership, customers and business partners to make sure the scope anddirection of the roadmap and individual projects are driven clearly with concise updates tostakeholders
Requirements:
Possess at least 3Have delivered six sigma projects to improve operations efficiencyHave the ability in understanding of operational risks and thereby develop solutions inmitigating those risksPossess strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to backup assumptions, recommendations, and drive actionsHave an established track record of exceeding targets, KPIs & SLAsAre a hustler who can contribute above and beyond the call of dutyPossess excellent written and verbal communication skills, identify and communicate withtech, product, business, and leadership
