Job Description: J.P. Morgan Liquidity & Account Solutions (L&AS) collaborates with global clients with intricate cash management requirements, spanning various countries, currencies, legal entities, and time zones. This includes multi-national corporations, high-growth technology firms, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks, and broker dealers. The advanced solutions offered encompass physical, notional, and virtual techniques to empower clients in attaining visibility, control, and optimization of working capital. As a Product Manager in Liquidity and Account Solutions (L&AS), you play a pivotal role in supporting the global transformational change agenda of Account Solutions Core Services. Your responsibilities entail designing operating models for optimization, comprehending client business models, addressing client and regulatory inquiries, and supervising deal reviews. Building robust partnerships with Product Management, Sales, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance is crucial for success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead various activities such as ultimate beneficiary visibility, VS deal reviews, legal document negotiations, product support for technical development, and issue investigations. - Analyze metrics on product performance to guide strategic decision-making. - Manage the day-to-day operations of Account Solutions products and back the automation strategy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solutions that meet client needs and align with business objectives. - Lead planning sessions, contribute innovative ideas and insights, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of product initiatives. - Develop and implement the L&AS product strategy and roadmap. - Uphold risk & control frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, offer guidance and analysis, identify and escalate issues/risks/dependencies, and facilitate communication across impacted teams. Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in product management or Financial Services - Consulting / Strategy. - Demonstrated track record in product life cycle activities encompassing discovery and requirements definition. - Exceptional organizational skills; adept at managing competing priorities within tight deadlines. - High level of initiative and proven capability to collaborate and forge strong partnerships. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills; adept at understanding complex regulations and legal documentation. - Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel skills; meticulous attention to detail. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive-level communications.,
