Payment Followup Executive

Role: Payment Follow-up Executive Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Payment Executive for our organization in the Interior, Decorative, or Architectural industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible to support the collection of outstanding payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and maintain good customer relationships. Job Type: Full-time | Location: Chennai Responsibilities: ·        Assist in Client Management activities related to all payment queries, concerns and credits. ·        Coordinate with internal teams for all the payments related data and associated works of the clients. ·        Excellent client communication by connecting with clients through various channels, including calls, emails, WhatsApp chats and reminders, to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies. ·        Record payment receipts and reconcile customer accounts to ensure financial records are correct. ·        Negotiate payment plans and resolve any issues or disputes that may be preventing payment. ·        Maintain records of payments, and follow-up activities. ·        Monitor payment schedules and follow up on overdue payments to ensure smooth cash flow for the company. ·        Escalate payment or delivery issues to senior management when necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications ·        Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2-5 years of experience in client management and payment follow-ups. ·        Good Communication skills with fluency in English, Tamil and Hindi is mandatory, as we work with Pan India customers ·        Ability to work independently with positive attitude. ·        Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills ·        Attention to Detail If interested, kindly share your profile to me; We can connect for the discussion and take it forward.
