Payment Executive/Officer

We are seeking a Bank Payment Executive who will handle NEFT, RTGS, and bulk payment processing with accuracy and speed. The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate banking transactions, vendor payments, payroll transfers, and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS transactions accurately through online banking portals.
• Process bulk payments (vendor payouts, employee salaries, refunds, etc.).
• Maintain payment records, UTR tracking, and MIS reports for all transactions.
• Coordinate with the accounts and finance team for approvals and fund management.
• Reconcile bank statements and report discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with banking norms.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Internet Banking & Excel.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, reconciliation & banking operations.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality are a must.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
