Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payment Collection Manager, located in Surat. The Payment Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the collection of outstanding payments from clients, ensuring timely and efficient payment processes. Day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with clients, maintaining accurate records of transactions, negotiating payment terms, resolving payment discrepancies, and collaborating with the accounts department to update the ledger. The role also involves preparing regular reports on collection activities and performance.

• Experience with payment collection and accounts receivable
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle financial transactions
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Additional skills such as problem-solving and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the food industry is a plus
